Originally part of the Sacramento dubstep scene, ANODE began producing at a young age after being introduced to foundational dubstep, dub, and electronic influences before becoming involved in the early development of the riddim sound.

Known for a straightforward, rhythm-focused production style built around downbeat and syncopated grooves, ANODE focuses on helping newer producers understand the fundamentals behind composition, swing, sound selection, and the original foundations of riddim. His music has received support from artists including Leotrix, Aweminus, HE$H, and others, with tracks being played everywhere from underground events to major festivals such as Lost Lands.
